Community Outreach

United Prairie is proud to support the communities we serve through employee engagement, volunteering, and giving.

In partnership with our affiliate company, First MainStreet Insurance, Local Love is United Prairie's Outreach Program. This program was established with the goal of supporting area non-profit organizations and giving back to the community we love.

Year-to-Date, First MainStreet Insurance and its partner agencies (including United Prairie Insurance),
donated over $380,000 across 55 communities in 4 states.

Denim for Dollars Program

United Prairie launched the Denim for Dollars program back in 2010. The team was looking for a unique way to unify our company apparel and give back to our communities. The program is a part of the company culture and commitment to the communities we serve.

Employees have the option to wear jeans each Friday with a donation of $5. Each quarter, our donations are tallied and company-matching dollars are included. Since the program began in 2010, United Prairie, and its employees, have donated over $375,000 to organizations across our footprint through Denim for Dollars.
